ANIL HANSJEE
Board MemberAnil Hansjee BSc (Hons.) MSc FBCS CITP, joined Google in September 2006 as Head of Corporate Development, EMEA. He is responsible for Google's acquisitions and investments in the region as well as relationships with the early stage technology community and their backers and advisers.
Prior to joining Google, Anil was a Principal with venture capital firm IDG Ventures and board director of one of their portfolio companies, the mobile music company, Shazam Entertainment.
Before IDG, Anil had a corporate finance career with Bear Stearns International in London and Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and London. Previously, Anil spent the first 7 years of his career as a software engineer first with UBS then Chase.
He is a guest lecturer at and member of Kingston University's Industrial Advisory Panel for the Computing, Information Systems and Mathematics faculty. He has a BSc.(Hons.) in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from Edinburgh University and has an MSc. in Finance at London Business School.
Boards: Anil is a board observer with four of Google's investments - FON (Spain), UbiquiSys (UK), mTLD (Eire) and Mobile Planet (Kenya). Anil is a member of the British Computer Society's External Relations Board, an advisory board member of Seedcamp, a member of Sport England's Technology Advisory Board and an advisor to TwitterPartners.com.

ROD RANDALL
Board MemberRod Randall has spent over 24 years in the networking industry as an entrepreneur, senior executive and venture capitalist. Before forming Vesbridge Partners, he was a general partner at St. Paul Venture Capital, where he led the mobile investment practice. His investments have included Dynamicsoft (acquired by Cisco Systems), Bitfone (acquired by Hewlett-Packard Company), FusionOne, and Visage Mobile. Previously, Randall was CMO of Lucent's Service Provider Group, which he had joined in 1999 upon the acquisition of Ascend Communications by Lucent for $24 billion. He was vice president of Worldwide Marketing at Ascend, and before that, vice president of Worldwide Marketing and general manager at Stratus Computer, which was acquired by Ascend. Prior to Stratus, Randall was vice president of Strategic Market Development at Madge Networks, following its 1996 acquisition of Teleos Communications. He had co-founded Teleos in 1987 and served as CTO, vice president of Business Development and vice president of WAN Access Technology. Randall began his career at AT&T Bell Labs and holds several U.S. patents. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with Highest Honors from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

KRISTIAN SEGERSTRÅLE
Board MemberKristian is currently the CEO and Co-founder of social games company Playfish. Prior to Playfish Kristian served as Managing Director of Europe of Glu Mobile (Nasdaq: GLUU), and was a co-founder of Glu Mobile Europe (Macrospace Ltd) in 2001.
As Managing Director of Europe Kristian was responsible for the rapid growth of Glu's European business, the integration of iFone Ltd in 2006 as well as being a contributor to the company's successful IPO in Q1 2007. During his 6-year tenure at Glu, Kristian was a driving force in the creation of more than 40 mobile titles including chart topping 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' and multi-award winners such as the 'Ancient Empires' series.
During his time at Glu Kristian was also responsible for forging relationships with key Glu brand partners including Konami, Celador, Codemasters and Cartoon Network.
Kristian has been on the GDC Mobile advisory board since 2006 and was voted one of top-50 most influential executives in Mobile Entertainment in December 2006 in ME Magazine. He holds an MSc from London School of Economics and an MA (Cantab) in Economics from Cambridge University.

PAMIR GELENBE
Board MemberPamir Gelenbe is with Newtonmore Advisors, a venture capital and private equity firm based in London. Newtonmore focuses on later stage venture investments and its portfolio includes companies such as Antics3d ( www.antics3d.com), Discoverytel (www.discoverytel.com), Seatwave (www.seatwave.com) and Oxford Sensors (www.oxfordrfsensors.com). Prior to Newtonmore, Pamir co-founded Flytxt (www.flytxt.com), a leader in mobile marketing services and technology. He previously worked at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.
Pamir holds a BSE Summa Cum Laude from Duke University as well as an MSc in Operations Research from Columbia University.

CHRIS KIRBY
Board MemberChris joined the European Leadership Programme as a Board member in November 2007. He brings 25 years experience in the technology financial markets, including 9 years as a electronics industry research analyst and 16 years as a banker both in San Francisco and, for the past 10 years, in London.
Prior to joining Regent, Chris started and managed the European office for Silicon Valley Bank’s Alliant investment banking advisory firm. He has also managed investment banking groups in London for Cowen, DLJ and Lehman Brothers. During his career, he has executed more than 80 transactions for technology companies, including lead managing IPOs for companies such as Veritas, Elantec, Semitool, SCM Microsystems, QLogic and others. He held research positions with Alliance Bernstein and Cowen & Co.
He has also served as Chairman of the European Tech Tour Association, a Geneva-based non-profit conferencing forum for growth companies and venture capitalists, and is currently the London-based Managing Director for Regent Associates. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and received an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

JOHN MASTERS
Board MemberJohn Masters is currently a Venture Partner with Europe’s largest secondary technology fund, Tempo Capital Partners and also works directly with technology companies through his own company, Maxport Partners. John was previously a member of Nomura’s private equity team where he had portfolio management responsibilities for technology companies in Europe, North America and Israel, acting as Nomura’s board representative in many instances. Before this John was CEO of Tellit Communications Ltd, a mobile handset company that he took out of insolvency, carried into revenue, expanded the product line and successfully sold to Qualcomm in Feb 2000. John also worked for JP Morgan’s Wirefree Fund and Lehman Brothers as a corporate financier.
