Our ‘build’ started in the immediate post ‘dot com’ era with the formation of an exceptional executive search practice, Nexec Partners. Many strong relationships grew with business leaders, and in 2006 as a trusted partner for ‘people’ clients suggested the need for a new style of leadership academy. Through this development work, many clients asked us to further help with improving their businesses via consulting and coaching – hence our existing range of services today.
