The Company

The European Leadership Programme Ltd is a privately owned company based in London. ELP was founded in November 2006 in order to provide a community-based support infrastructure for CEOs of high growth venture backed companies in Europe.

The first group of 12 CEOs – codenamed Alpha – met for the first time on 19 January 2007. In response to the phenomenal feedback from this first meeting ELP are now rolling out across Europe in 2007. ELP aims to become the de facto space for CEOs to go to to get expert advice, share experiences with peers and improve their game.
