GM & CEO Academy - Membership

Membership is about being part of an international community of creative and talented individuals pooling knowledge and learning together. The workshops are an environment where members grow capability through gaining knowledge in specific subjects and trading knowledge with others. It is structured so that a member can attend four themed workshops each year. The workshops are about developing, calibrating and refining leadership skills and about solving real problems, both yours and others’ - in a safe environment where everyone is ‘signed up’ to the confidentiality charter.

Supported by peers and advisors who have first-hand experience, the workshops give an opportunity to meet and build relationships with other exceptional leaders across Europe. The workshops enable leaders to become the very best at what they do – and through that, deliver the best returns to shareholders, colleagues and themselves.
