What is the time commitment?

ELP recognises the many demands on the time of start-up CEOs. As a result we have structured the programme into just 1 concentrated, day-long workshop per quarter. There is no pre-event preparation and no ‘homework’.

Most CEOs agree that to be effective they should step back from the immediate, day-to-day business challenges once a quarter, in order to see the bigger picture. ELP provides a regular and effective forum for this reflection - as opposed to being yet another demand on the business leaders’ time.
