Spony Profiling Model

As part of your Membership to the ELP you are provided with a personal assessment of your work values and communication style.


The Spony Profiling Model (SPM) was designed by a cross-cultural psychologist, Dr. Gilles Spony, at Cranfield School of Management. It is an integrated tool that helps leaders of 21st Century businesses understand individual, team, departmental and corporate cultures as well as the impact national culture has on work values. Members are invited to assess their key motivations and values at work, and their communication style, on the same dimensions, as assessed by others. Members must then select three people, of the same nationality, that know them well in a work context to complete a short questionnaire about how they assess the Member’s communication style.


Once complete, telephone feedback and coaching will be given to each Member by ENTHEO LTD, trained practitioners of the SPM and sponsors of the ELP. They will discuss your results in light of your current professional position and challenges. As part of the programme we will refer to the SPM in discussing your leadership challenges particularly in building successful cross-cultural businesses.
